In many cities, or even countries, around the world, it often happens that we see disused buildings, cracked walls, in short, unattractive scenarios in a context, often completely different. And even when the institutions try to restore those surfaces to their former splendor, it is not always possible due to sums of money that are inaccessible even to them. So what can we do to remedy this? TEAM NOW, inspired by a German street artist, decided to transform this art into team building.

 

The team building project  it is presented as a team challenge.

Each team will be equipped with a large number of Lego bricks of a city map with possible points of interest to repair. 

In a limited time the teams will have to decide which point to reach and work on the repair project with Lego bricks.

At the end of the work, the teams will have to document the work done with photos and videos for an in-room presentation of their repairs to the city.

A jury will evaluate the best renovations.
