Months of working together can't achieve what a day designed to break down barriers, coordinate and motivate can. Through a series of activities (on communication, on trust, on problem solving), all based on involvement and a strong emotional impact, the groups will prepare for the final act! Trainers will guide groups in debriefing activities to help them conceptualize their experiences.

The use of experiential training methodologies, such as outdoor training, also allows you to instill a boost of motivation and fun. Group sharing of playful experiences also allows us to break down some barriers due to role or belonging to different functions, generating beneficial effects on communication.
