Social team buildings are particular training projects designed to generate value (for the benefit of your team), working on your contribution to the creation of value. In essence, the metaphors reconstructed many times during the experiential training sessions are replaced with real and concrete situations with which to deal.

We worked with people with some physical disabilities and the participants faced all the emotional and psychological difficulties that this entailed. In fact, in these cases you don't "hypothesize" a situation, you live it with all the difficulties and unpredictability of real life.
